* All service bookings, including repairs, maintenance, and insurance services, must be made through our website or via our provided communication channels.

* Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation message containing details of the service.

* Service bookings may be rescheduled or canceled, subject to availability and a minimum of 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled service.

* All Offers that are provided are subject to change without consent. You are advised to claim the offer within 15 days of receiving it.

* Cashbacks will be available for General Service and Engine Repairs only.

* All payments for services must be made online or at the time of service completion.

* We accept payments through secure methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and online payment platforms.

* Service Cancellations: You may cancel any service booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. If you cancel after this period, a cancellation fee may apply.

* No Returns on Products: All products, including spare parts and accessories, sold through our website or at the workshop are non-returnable. Please ensure you are purchasing the correct product before completing your transaction.

* Service Refunds: Refunds for services will only be provided in cases where the service was not rendered as per the agreed-upon terms. All claims must be submitted within 7 days of the service.

* Jaroorat Automobile is not responsible for any indirect or consequential loss resulting from the use of our services or any delay in service delivery due to unforeseen circumstances.

* We shall not be liable for any damages incurred to your vehicle caused by pre-existing issues or third-party service providers.

Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. By using our services, you consent to our collection and use of personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy, which ensures that your information is kept secure and confidential.
